The optimal method to produce and store hygienic warm water is applying tank heaters. Hot water or steam provided by boilers circulates in a thermal coil usually made of copper tubes and exit from the coil after exchanging of heat through copper tubes. The cold water circumvented outside these tubes get warm due to the thermal exchange between hot oil and copper tubes and ultimately copper tubes and cold water.
